Fees
Fileshop doesn't charge for selling files but does charge a 3% fee when buying files. There are also fees involved when deploying a Sale contract or when purchasing a file that you should be aware of. Fileshop uses the SmartBCH network which means that fees are much lower than expected compared to Ethereum or regular Bitcoin Cash transactions.
Deployment Fees​
Deploying a smart contract is considered a transaction, so you need to pay a gas fee in the same way that you need to pay gas for a simple transfer over a blockchain network.
Purchase Fees​
Purchasing files via Fileshop creates a transaction on the SmartBCH network which means that there is a gas fee included in your final purchase. Since gas fees are variable and managed by your hardware or software wallet this is not shown in the price on the Buy page.
